1. KP telemechanics (KPTM) is designed to control the pressure and temperature of the gas flow in the well
(including underground gas storage stations) and calculation of the productivity (debit) of gas through the well according to the measured parameters.
KP telemechanics (KPTM) can be used to control and manage remote linear KP crane units,
without power supply.
2. Operation of telemechanics gearbox is allowed at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 °С.
1. KP telemechanics (KPTM) functionally provides:
- measurement of excessive gas pressure at two measuring points (pipe and annular pressure);
- gas temperature measurement;
- calculation of the volume of gas injected (downloaded) into the well (or gas passed through the pipeline) for a given period of time,
for example, in 1 hour;
- control of the cranes rearrangement according to a given algorithm;
- storage in volatile memory of archives of measured and calculated values of controlled parameters;
- data transfer (on request) to the "upper level" of control. Communication is provided through a GSM modem.
On a separate order, it is possible to add a special function to determine the place of unauthorized sampling
gas between adjacent KP units of cranes.
2. Power supply of the telemechanics gearbox (KPTM) - from an autonomous power source, which is part of the controller to ensure
normal operation of "KPTM" during the year.
3. Operation of telemechanics gearbox is allowed at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 °С.
4. The service life of the telemechanics gearbox (KPTM) is at least 10 years.
1. The gas flow metering controller KPTM is installed directly next to the well (pipeline).
2. The company provides warranty service for KPTM within 24 months and after-sales service during the entire service life.
