1. The kit for replacing or upgrading pressure transmitters (hereinafter referred to as the kit) is designed
to replace existing mechanical setters (pilots) of pressure regulators with a membrane drive or in addition to them.
2. When equipping the regulator with this kit, it acquires the following new features:
- increasing the accuracy of pressure regulation;
- possibility of remote pressure control;
- shut-off valve function;
- smoothing pressure surges when switching reduction lines.
3. The principle of operation of the kit is based on the selection of gas from the source collector GDS (GRP) and the
creation of the required pressure in the control chamber of the regulator drive. This ensures the necessary smoothness of the
movement of the regulating body. The gas from the regulator inlet is not used in the control process.
4. Operation of the Kit for replacing or upgrading pressure transmitters is allowed at ambient temperature
from minus 40 to plus 60 °С.
