1. The KJ-1 power supply controller is designed to provide uninterrupted power supply to devices,
requiring the exclusion of the impact of electrical interference and instability of the industrial network on the performance
of electronic equipment - pressure and temperature converters, gas metering complexes FLOUTEC-TM, etc.
The KJ-1 controller provides complete galvanic isolation from the AC power supply (220 V), has a circuit
control and diagnostics of the state of the supply network and protection against short circuits in power circles.
2. The power supply controller KJ-1 is designed to work with commercially available power supplies DJ 12/3, JI 24 / 2.5
and as part of batteries with a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 12 to 28 A/h.
3. Operation of the power supply controller KJ-1 is allowed at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 70 °С.
1. KJ-1 power supply controller provides:
- power supply of devices from one of the two batteries included in the controller (from this battery
the controller itself is powered). Rated load current - no more than 3 A;
- Automatic recharge of the battery from a power source (J), which has the worst voltage rating.
The nominal charge voltage is 13.8 V with the charge current limited to 3 A.
2. Electrical parameters of the controller:
- supply voltage - 12 ± 1.8 V DC;
- the current consumed by the controller from the battery when the network is off - no more than 15 mA.
3. The overall dimensions of the KJ-1 power supply controller do not exceed 150 x 160 x 60 mm.
4. The mass of the Power Supply Controller KJ-1 does not exceed 0.4 kg.
5. The service life of the Power Supply Controller KJ-1 is 12 years.
1. The KJ-1 power supply controller is made in a plastic case with brackets for mounting on a DIN rail.
In this case, the controller must be protected from direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation.
2. The controller can be placed outdoors or indoors outside the hazardous area and mounted on a flat support
in any working position.
3. The company provides warranty service for the KJ-1 Power Supply Controller within 24 months and service
service throughout the entire service life.
