to help specialists in the development of technical projects for gas metering and operation specialists
Insulated boss is designed for thermal insulation of the protective sleeve (thermowell) from the gas pipe when measuring the temperature of gas or liquid in pipes and containers under pressure up to 7.6 MPa. The product is used in combination with a standard sleeve, which is selected depending on the type of thermometer. The insulated boss forms a separate thermal circuit with the thermometer, separated from the wall with the help of heat-insulating gaskets. Thus, heat exchange occurs only between the medium and the immersion part of the sleeve.

1. Temperature measuring transducers PT-1 (PT) are a means of measuring technology
and are designed to convert the temperature of gases, liquids and bulk substances that are non-aggressive to the material of
protective reinforcement temperature converter to digital signals.
2. PT-1 converters can be used to control and regulate technological processes in various industries industry for use as part
of measuring complexes and systems, incl. as part of flow meters for commercial accounting for gases or liquids.
Measuring temperature transducers PT-1 meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations for equipment and protective
systems intended for use in potentially explosive areas, No. 1055 of December 28, 2016.
Technical regulation of measuring instruments approved.
3. Measuring temperature transducers PT-1 comply with the Technical Regulations for legally regulated means
measurements approved by the Decree of the
Cabinet of Ministers of December 28, 2016
4. Temperature transducers PT-1 comply with the Technical Regulations approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of
December 28, 2016. No. 1055 and have explosion protection marking II 2G Ex ib IIB T3 Gb and can be operated in explosive areas
of open industrial sites and premises where the formation of explosive mixtures of categories IIA and IIB is possible in accordance
with the requirements of Ch. 4 PBE (NPAOP 40.1-1.32-01 "Rules for electrical installations. Electrical equipment of special
installations") and other directive documents, regulating the use of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
1. Structurally, temperature converters PT-1 are produced in the following modifications:
- according to the type of sensing element TO (Thermoresistance):
• PT-1-D – transducer with built-in thermal sensor;
• PT-1-P – transducer with platinum TO;
- according to the type of electrical output signal:
• PT-1-D-O1 – transducers with Bell202 code signal in accordance with the format
open digital protocol HART;
• PT-1-D-O2 – transducers with PLI (Power Line Interface) code signal;
• PT-1-D-O3 – transducers with RS485 interface code signal;
• PT-1-P-O4 – transducers with Bell202 standard code signal in accordance with the open digital format
HART protocol or PLI (Power Line Interface) code signal.
2. Temperature measurement range from minus 40 to 400 °С (depending on the transducer modification);
3. The limits of the basic absolute error of transducers in the range of temperature conversion from minus 40 to +70 °C are not
exceed from ±0.05 to ±0.5 °С (depending on the converter modification);
additional absolute error of Converters PT-1 from changes in ambient temperature in the range
conversions from minus 40 to +70 °С
- there is no additional absolute error for modification PT-1-D
- for modification PT-1-P is ±0.05, ±0.1, ±0.3, ±0.5 °С (depending on execution).
4. The design of the temperature transmitters PT-1 provides the possibility of choosing the length of the submersible part of the TS when ordering
(thermal resistance) in the range from L=60 to L=800 mm (from a range of 60; 80; 100; 120; 160; 200; 250; 320; 400; 630; 800 mm).
5. Electric power supply of Converters PT-1 is carried out from an external DC source with a voltage of 3.3 to 27 V
(depending on the converter modification);
6. The power consumed by the PT-1 converter does not exceed 0.75 W - for all modifications.
7. Operation of the converter PT-1 is allowed at an ambient temperature of minus 40 to 70 °C and relative humidity
up to 95% at a temperature of 55 °C.
8. The overall and connecting dimensions of the PT-1 temperature transducers do not exceed those shown on the drawing (excluding
length of the immersed part of the TO).
9. Mass of PT-1 Converters from 0.45 to 1.0 kg (without the length of the immersed part of the TO of the corresponding modification
converter).
10. The service life of measuring temperature transducers PT-1 is at least 12 years.
1. Inverters can be placed both outdoors and indoors. At the same time, the microprocessor
the PT-1-P converter module (installed in a separate housing) can be placed in a room with normal operating conditions.
The frequency of certification of PT-1 converters is once every two years.
2. Connection of temperature transducers PT-1 to the place of temperature measurement is carried out using a fitting
with threaded connection M20x1.5 mm, M12x1.5 mm (or other, according to the order).
3. Temperature transducers PT-1 are installed in any working position on the body with the measured medium.
4. The company provides warranty service for the Temperature Transducer PT-1 within 24 months from the date of commissioning
and service during the entire service life.
