1. Measuring complexes FLOUTEC-TM-3-6, FLOUTEC-TM-3-6-T are intended for
maintenance of facilities remote from the industrial power supply network.
FLOUTEC-TM-3-6, FLOUTEC-TM-3-6-T complexes are produced on the basis of PC-3 and PC-3-T corrector converters
(executed as a monoblock) and intended for commercial accounting of gases or the volume of the environment with the help of all those
applied in Ukraine gas meters, including rotary and turbine or flow meters, ultrasonic and vortex by counting electric pulses
coming from the meter (flow meter-meter).
2. Complexes belong to the class of minicomplexes. It includes a converter - corrector PC-3, (PC-3-T) which combines in calculator
and digital measuring pressure transducers and an additionally connected resistance thermotransducer of the same design (Pt 1000, TSP 1000P).
3. Complexes provide:
• cooperation with an automatic gas flow chromatograph for use in volume flow calculations
data on the current gas composition;
• exchanging information with a "top-level" personal computer via a switched telephone channel, a dedicated two-wire line,
four-wire speakerphone line or radio channel using existing GSM, satellite and trunking systems radio communication;
• printing of daily and monthly reports (at the user's request).
4. The complex can be operated in explosive zones of open industrial sites and premises, where possible
formation of explosive mixtures.
5. The operation of the complex is allowed at ambient air temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
6. Interverification interval of FLOUTEC-TM-3-6, FLOUTEC-TM-3-6-T modification complexes - once every two years, (see item 41 and note 7)
in accordance with Order No. 1747 dated 10/13/2016
Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
7. The complex is included in the State register of measuring equipment approved for use in Ukraine, registration
# U1446-01, as well as in the Russian Federation - No. 22948-02, in the Republic of Uzbekistan - No. 02.554-02, in the Republic of Moldova - No. 0234-2000.
8. The complex is manufactured according to the technical conditions of TU U 33.3-22192141-003-2001.
1. Limits of the permissible relative error of FLOUTEC-TM-3-6, FLOUTEC-TM-3-6-T modification complexes during measurements
medium consumption (without taking into account the methodical error of temperature and pressure measuring transducers and pressure change ranges)
• make up . . . . . - from ±0.3 to ±1.0%;
• when measuring the volumetric flow rate and the volume of the medium, they are from ±0.3 to ±0.8%.
2. Limits of the reduced error allowed for complexes during measurements
the upper pressure limit is ±0.075; ±0.10; ±0.15 or ±0.25%.
3. Limits of the absolute error allowed for complexes during measurements
temperatures are . . . . . . . . . . . ±0.5 °C or ±0.75 °C.
4. Complexes ensure the setting of the upper limit of measurements in the range
for absolute (excessive) pressure . . . . - from 160 kPa to 16 MPa;
5. The range of temperature measurements is from minus 40 to plus 100 °C.
6. Complexes find and record in the computer memory at least 800 deviations from normal operation (abnormal situations),
and form and store in memory at least 800 messages about interference in the operation of the complex.
7. The duration of the cycle of measurements and calculations performed by the complexes does not exceed 1 s. The information update period is formed
complexes, set at the request of the user in the interval from 5 to 30 s.
8. The memory capacity of converter-correctors allows you to save records:
• daily data. . . . . - the last six months;
• hourly data. . . - the last two months.
9. The complexes ensure the exchange of information with a top-level personal computer via a dedicated two-wire telephone dial-up channel
line of a four-wire speakerphone line or by radio channel using a valid GSM system, satellite and
trunking radio communication.
10. The electrical power supply of the complexes is provided by two lithium batteries with a nominal output voltage of 3.6 V
and installed in the housing of the converter-corrector.
The lithium battery ensures the preservation of measurement information and autonomous operation of the Complex for at least 5 years
provided that the exchange of information and printing of the report is carried out once a month at a speed not lower than 9600 bps.
11. The power consumed by the complex does not exceed 150 mW.
12. Overall dimensions of FLOUTEC-TM-3-6 modification complexes - no more than 180 x 160 x 60 mm
13. The weight of FLOUTEC-TM-3-6 modification complexes is no more than 1.4 kg.
14. The service life of FLOUTEC-TM-3-6 modification complexes is at least 12 years.
