1. The ARBITR information access device is designed to ensure priority or correct access
simultaneous access (write/read or read only) to digital information of measuring systems of commercial accounting
gases and liquids (complexes of the FLOUTEK-TM type) of consumers of computerized information: personal computers, communication adapters (of the "Communication adapter-M" type),
as well as modems of various types (telephone, GSM, RADIO-PAD).
2. The ARBITR information access device is not a measuring device.
3. Operation of the ARBITR information access device is allowed at ambient temperature
air from minus 40 to plus 60 °C.

1. The converter is made in a plastic case with brackets
for mounting on a DIN rail. At the same time, the converter must be protected from direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation.
2. The device has a built-in self-healing polymer fuse of the "Polyswitch" type at 120 mA.
3. Changing access channel setup parameters (priority, addressing, exchange speed)
is carried out using a special ARBITR device configuration program.
4. Connectors for external connections - "Combicon" type connectors.
5. The company provides warranty service for the ARBITR information access device for 24 months and service
maintenance throughout the service life.
