PURPOSE
( full specifications are in the manual for the device )

1. Complex of regulation of fuel gas supply to natural gas heater PLUM'YA-04 (further on in the text - "Complex") is designed for automatic control and management of the natural gas heating process in gas heaters and provision stabilization within specified limits of the temperature of the gas heated at the outlet of the heater or at the outlet of the HRS reduction unit.
2. The complex is designed to work in the mode of round-the-clock automatic functioning as:
   • autonomous gas heater control and management device;
   • systems of automatic control of the technological equipment of the GRS (SAU GRS).
3. The complex differs from similar complexes of other manufacturers:
  • smooth adjustment of the flow of fuel gas supplied to the gas burner;
   • minimal energy consumption;
   • power supply only from direct current power sources with a voltage of (24±3) V;
   • autonomous operation in the absence of power from the 220 V electrical network,
 • application of explosion-proof solenoid drives of electromagnetic valves and measuring pressure transducers and temperatures that can be set in explosive areas.
   • measuring the temperature of the intermediate coolant and gas at the outlet of the heater or at the outlet of the HRS reduction unit (according to the order);
   • reception and conversion of discrete signals of the "dry contact" type coming from installed relay sensors in the technological binding of the heater to control the fuel gas pressure, the level of the intermediate coolant, the rarefaction in the chamber burning and bursting of the pipe bundle;
   • control of presence of flame of burners;
  • automatic ignition, transition to the operating state, normal and emergency mode of operation, disconnection of the heater according to the given algorithm;
  • maintenance of the gas temperature at the outlet of the heater or at the outlet of the HRS reduction unit within the specified limits;
  • reception of heater control commands issued at the operator's initiative GRS from the control panel of the gas heater control panel (hereinafter referred to as the control panel);
  • storage in the memory of the complex values of measured parameters and messages about events occurring in the technological process of gas heating, and about the actions of the operator GRS when managing the complex with indication of the date and time (with discreteness of 1 s) of the formation of each message;
  • formation and issuance of a generalized emergency alarm signal to the GRS operator with a memory of the root cause of the accident;
   • indication on the liquid crystal display (LCI) of the control panel of the current and set limit values of the measured parameters, causes of warning and emergency signaling, as well as causes of malfunction of the complex;
    • transfer, upon request, of "top level" data generated by the complex to the GRS ACS or to the dispatch center UMG (UMG SE);
  • turning on the sound and light alarm at the HRS and in the operator's house.
4. The operation of the complex is allowed at an ambient air temperature of minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
5. The complex is produced under the technical conditions of TU U 73.1-31283392-009-2004.

TECHNICAL DATA

1. The upper limit of excessive pressure measurements is set according to the order of range . . . - from 0.1 to 2.0 MPa.
2. The complex provides temperature measurement in the range from minus 40 to plus 100 °C.
3. The limits of the reduced error allowed when measuring excessive gas pressure are: ±0.15 or ±0.25% of the upper limit of measurements.
4. The limits of the main absolute permissible error in temperature measurements are ±0.5 °С or ±0.75 °С.
5. The complex has a standard RS232 or RS485 interface, which provides the possibility of connection of the complex to the SAU GRS or PCM for data exchange and information reading.
6. The electric power supply of the valve control solenoids of the heater and the complex is carried out from the source DC power supply with a nominal voltage of 24 V.
7. The power consumption of the POLUMYA-04 control panel is 50 W.
8. A complex with autonomous power supply from a built-in DC power supply type "heat - electric current" after ignition of the burners and exit of the heater to the gas heating mode, the power supply of the complex is carried out from the specified built-in source.
9. The size of the control board is no more. . . - 800 x 600 x 260 mm
10. The service life of the technical means of the complex is at least 12 years.
11. The company provides warranty service for the complex for 18 months and service during entire service life.
