PC-V COMPUTERS OF FLOWTECH-TM MEASURING COMPLEXES

PURPOSE
( full specifications are in the manual for the device )

1. Volumetric and mass cost calculators VR-2 and PK-V calculators are designed to build measuring complexes, common marking FLOWTECH-TM-1 and FLOUTEC-TM-2, and calculation of the volume flow and volume of gas passed through measuring pipeline for a given period of time with volume flow and gas volume reduced to standard (normal) conditions according to GOST 2939-63.
  - Computer VR-2 provides measurement of gas volumes through three measuring pipelines in different versions used measuring transducers (sensors).
 - PC-V calculators provide measurement of gas volumes through one measuring pipeline.
    Calculator VR-2 and Calculators PC-V are a means of measurement.
2. Calculator BP-2 and Calculators PK-V comply with the Technical Regulations for Measuring Instruments approved CMU Decree No. 163 dated February 24, 2016.
3. The body of the VR-2 Calculator and the PK-V Calculators are metal, explosion-proof and comply with the Technical Regulations approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 28, 2016 No. 1055 and have an explosion protection marking II 2G Ex ib IIB T3 Gb and can be installed in hazardous areas in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents governing the use electrical equipment in hazardous areas with their mandatory sealing by the manufacturer.
4. The VR-2 Computer and PC-V Computers are powered from an external DC power supply. In the absence of the main power supply, the data in the Calculator's memory is stored using a spare lithium battery, the capacity of which is sufficient in order not to change the battery during their operation.
   The battery provides a mode of storing calculated information for up to 1,000 hours without connecting the main nutrition.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

1. Complexes FLOUTEC-TM-1 and FLOUTEC-TM-2 can be used for metering (including commercial metering) of gas at industrial facilities, gas facilities, oil and gas producing, oil refining and petrochemical industries, at public utilities, as well as as part of automated commercial accounting systems The objects are, in particular, units for measuring current parameters gas measuring points, gas distribution stations (GDS), compressor stations of main gas pipelines, gas distribution points, etc.
2. The limits of the permissible relative error of complexes when measuring volumetric (mass) costs and volume (mass) of the medium (excluding methodological errors when using standard constriction device or averaging pressure tube) are (depending on the error measuring transducers for temperature, pressure, differential pressure and density and pressure ranges and differential pressure of the medium on the indicated devices) - not worse than ±0.5%.
3. Archives are accumulated and stored separately for each measured flow in the non-volatile memory of the complexes in the following volume:
- daily archive, not less than for the last 6 months;
- hourly archive, not less than for the last 2 months;
- archive of operational (periodic) data, no less than 3,600 records;
- operator intervention archive, at least 1000 records;
- archive of events, at least 1000 records;
- archive of emergency and freelance situations, no less than 1200 records;
- security archive, no less than 1200 records.
4. The design of the Calculators provides the possibility of setting, according to the order, the limits of measurements in the ranges:
- from 100 kPa to 10 MPa - for absolute pressure;
- from 6.0 kPa to 25 MPa  - for excessive pressure;
- from 1.0 to 256 kPa        - for differential pressure.
5. Operation of the VR-2 Calculator and PC-V Calculator is allowed at a temperature ambient air from minus 40 to plus 70 °C.
6. Electrical power is provided by DC voltage. . . . . . . . - 8 to 15 V
7. Power consumed by devices:
- Calculator VR-2 - no more than 0.65 W
- PC-V calculators - no more than 1.25 W

HostWin - Maintenance program for FLOUTEC-TM Complexes of all modifications (survey, accumulation and viewing information, issuing commercial reports on the consumption of the measured medium)
If the measuring complex FLOUTEC-TM contains the "Initiative Interface Converter", it is necessary to additionally apply the program InitCntrPack.rar.
  Run the "Conf.exe" application from the specified package and configure the proactive interface converter in it.
