PURPOSE
( full specifications are in the manual for the device )

1. Measuring Complex "FLOUTEC-TM-3-4", which is produced on the basis of the Converter-corrector "PK-2", intended for commercial accounting of gases or non-aggressive liquids, including combustible natural gases, gas condensate and water by measuring the volumetric (mass) flow rate and the volume (mass) of the medium flowing through the measuring pipeline in working conditions, by counting electrical pulses coming from the meter (flow meter-meter), including from rotary and turbine gas meters.
2. The complex belongs to the class of mini-complexes. It includes a "PK-2" converter - corrector, which combines into one computer designs and digital measuring transducers of temperature and pressure.
3. The complex provides an opportunity to:
  • joint work with an automatic gas flow chromatograph for use in volume flow calculations data on the current gas composition;
  • exchange of information with a "top-level" personal computer via a switched telephone channel, a dedicated two-wire line, four-wire speaker line or radio channel using existing GSM, satellite and trunking radio communication;
  • printout (at the user's request) of daily and monthly reports.
4. The complex can be operated in explosive zones of open industrial sites and premises where formation is possible explosive mixtures.
5. The operation of the complex is allowed at an ambient air temperature of minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
6. The inter-inspection interval (conducting periodic tests) of the complex is once every two years.
7. The complex is included in the State register of measuring equipment approved for use in Ukraine, registration # U1446-01 as well as in the RF - # 22948-02, in the Republic of Uzbekistan - # 02.554-02 and in the Republic of Moldova - # 0234-2000.
8. The complex is manufactured according to the technical conditions of TU U 33.3-22192141-003-2001.

TECHNICAL DATA

1. Limits of the relative error of the complex, which is allowed when measuring volume (mass) flow and volume (mass) environment (without taking into account the error of the meter) are from ± 0.3 to ± 0.8% (depending on the error of the measuring transducers temperature and pressure and the range of pressure changes of the environment).
2. The limit of the reduced error of the complex, which is allowed from the upper limit of measurements pressure are . . . . ±0.075; ±0.10; ±0.15 or ±0.25%;
3. The limits of the absolute error of the complex, which is allowed for temperature measurements, are:
  • without taking into account the error of the thermoconverter. . . . . ±0.1 °С;
  • taking into account the error of the thermoconverter ±0.5 °С or ±0.75 °С;
4. The limits of the relative error of the complex, which is allowed in the processing of input signals and the calculation of environment parameters make up . . . . . . ±0.02%;
5. The complex ensures the setting (by order) of the upper limits of absolute (excessive) pressure measurements in range . . . . . - from 160 kPa to 16 MPa;
6. Range of temperature measurements. . . . . - from minus 40 to plus 100 °C.
7. The maximum period of time for which records are stored in the memory of the converter-corrector "PC-2":
  • daily data. . . . . . . . - the last six months;
  • hourly data. . . . . . . . - the last two months.
8. The complex provides interaction with the operator using a personal computer connected to the converter-corrector via the channel communication with a serial interface, at speeds from 300 to 38 400 bit/s.
9. The meter, which is part of the complex or works in conjunction with the complex, has the following main characteristics:
   • output signals correspond to a "dry contact" or "magnetic field" type signal or a low-voltage signal (no more than 5 V) potential signal at the maximum signal reception frequency of 5000 Hz;
   • nominal number of pulses per 1 м3 (1 kg) of medium. . . - 1000; 100; 10; 1; 0.1;
   • limits of relative error allowed. . . . . . . ±0.5% and ±1.0%;
10. The electrical power supply of the complex is carried out from an alternating current network with a voltage from 160 to 250 V and a frequency of (50±1) Hz.
The complex has a backup source of direct current power (battery) with a nominal voltage of 12 V, which ensures the preservation measurement information and normal operation of the complex for at least 100 hours.
11. The power consumed by the complex does not exceed:
   • when powered from an alternating current network with a voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz - 14 VA;
   • with autonomous power supply from a battery with a nominal voltage of 12 V - 1.7 W.
12. The term of service is at least 10 years.
13. The company provides warranty service for the FLOUTEC-TM-3-4 Complex for 24 months and service for entire service life.
